Tibetan Bag

This bag is a very special gift from my husband, four years ago. Before our marriage, on December 2003, my husband and I went touring in Dharmshala, India. We were in a Tibetan market, walking around, and exploring the town. At one clothing shop, I stopped. We went inside the shop. He asked me, "Do you like this bag?" Then he bought this bag and one skirt for me. This was a hundred rupees(Indian money) bag. I liked the purple color. This bag is very soft and cute. It is a Special, Tibetan cloth bag, ten inches long, seven inches wide. It has purple lining, and cream, brown, black, grey, and beige color stripes, attached to a long strap. It has two zipper pockets, one inside, one outside, with enough space to put my wallet and makeup. I used this bag when I wear a Tibetan skirt. I brought this bag with me, when I was moving in America. This bag is related to my memories with my husband. One day, I will let my daughter use it.

I have a little bag very similar to this one, but I didn't get it in India, but in a Tibetan store in California.
